Deleting Account

  Unable to delete my site permanently because it says I have an upgrade that needs to be canceled. However, the upgrade never expires so I’m unable to cancel it. How do I go about getting rid of this wordpress site? I’m no longer in need of a wordpress site and would like to cancel.

  I can’t get rid of the Quick Start Session upgrade one on one support and there for can’t delete my account which I would like to do. How do get in touch with someone who can get rid of this on my account?

  I got a renewal email from jetpack for a site that I don’t use. I can’t get rid of the Quick Start Session upgrade one on one support on my purchases for this site and there for can’t delete my account which I would like to do. Can you help me out with this? wwwanthonyhuitron.wordpress.com

  Hi @huitron77 I have removed the unused session as requested. You can delete that site by following the steps here:
