  I want to delete my account but I am unable to cancel because I have an upgraded theme. Can you please cancel and delete my account?

  There is a bug when it come to premium theme removal. Staff have to do it for us at this time. That is why this thread is tagged with modlook.

  Hi there,

  I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
