Deleting Account

  Hello, I am trying to delete this account because it was utilized for a school group years ago. It is tied to my current email address, which I would like to use for my personal blog, but can’t as it is tied to this Furman account. How can I go about fixing this issue?

  Hello,
  WordPress.com doesn’t have the option to delete an account, but you can free up your email to use with another account by replacing the email with a throwaway one (Yahoo or Gmail, for example). Here’s more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
