deleting account

  I want to delete a site but it won’t let me as it says I still have ‘active upgrades’ … I have canceled all subscriptions but because the site theme (HIVE) was a one-off payment and apparently ‘never expires’… does this mean i can never delete the site?

  I’ve removed the upgrade in question. It was Premium Theme: Hive. You can move forward with the site deletion now.

  Please remember this is permanent and not something we can reverse in the future if you change your mind.
