deleting account

    I am trying to delete my account. But it says I can’t do so because I have pending purchases. All I see under pending purchases is the Quick Start Session that I never used. How do I delete my account? Best, Alicia

    Hi there!

    I’ve removed the purchase, so you can now close your WordPress.com account. Doing so will also permanently delete your WordPress.com sites (you have two sites on your account).

    May I know why you’d like to close your account? If you want, you can only delete the sites and keep the account so you can create new sites should you need them in the future.
