Deleting account

  I’ve tried to delete my account, however it tells me to go onto manage purchases page to cancel any subscriptions, which I have, but it still won’t allow me to delete my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @ichigopurinsesu,
  You might be having some premium theme or other premium upgrade applied.

  Staff can help you with this. So… I am tagging this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that this thread gets the staff’s attention.

  Hi ichigopurinsesu,

  A Premium Theme was still active. I’ve removed it, so you should be able to delete your account now.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.
