Deleting Account

  Hi I am trying to delete my account and blog for outsideinsolutions.wordpress.com but it says I have premium upgrades active… but none show.

  Can you please close the account ASAP.

  Hi there,

  Your site must be using a premium theme. A premium theme should be transferred to another blog or removed from blog. It can’t be deleted along with site.
  Only staff can remove the theme for you.

  Verify if you are using premium theme and then add modlook tag in sidebar for staff assistance in this matter.

  Once the theme is removed, you can delete the account by following this link – https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
