Deleting account

  If I’m deleting my account, it says that my site name will not be available in the future. Does that mean it won’t be available for -anyone-? Just gone…?

  Hi,

  Yes, that’s completely true. I believe it is a precaution to prevent impersonators. Theoretically, a destructive person could make go through and claim all the good account names and disable them for everyone, but it’s probably better to err on the side of safety.
