  Can you please help me with deleting my account. I am moving my website to wordpress.org and would like to delete my account but it keeps redirecting me to the ‘managing purchases’ page. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  We’re sorry to see you go, even if you’re moving to a self-hosted WordPress website you may want to keep your WordPress.com account to be used with our Jetpack plugin.

  If you do want to delete your account we’ll first need to remove the premium theme you purchased in December 2016. Once the theme has been removed you can proceed with the closure. Reply back if you no longer which to own the theme and we’ll remove it from your site allowing you to close it.
