Deleting Account

  I want to delete my account but it keeps telling me I have an active purchase (yumblog) yet there’s no option to cancel that under manage subscriptions. I am getting very frustrated

  Hi ktd1009,

  Please look here for more details on how to close your WordPress account.

  I hope you meant ‘Manage Purchases’ when you mentioned about ‘Manage Subscriptions’. In that case, I am adding modlook tag as you may require to close your account with the help of a staff.

  Sorry I meant “Manage Purchases”

  There’s no option there to remove my purchase. So I am unable to delete my account.

  Good morning –

  There’s a premium theme on the site which is why you can’t delete it. I’ve removed Premium Theme: Yumblog and you can proceed with site deletion.
