  if i delete my site can i use the same email id for making a new one

  You can use your WordPress.com account to create as many websites as you want as whenever you will log inside the WordPress.com website, you will find a list of all your sites here: https://wordpress.com/stats/day

  To create a new website, you can go here after you logged into your WordPress.com account:
  https://wordpress.com/jetpack/new?ref=calypso-selector

  That should be all that you need to do.

  In case that doesn’t help, can you please let me know what do you mean by “email id” ?
