    1. WordPress.com username accounts are never deleted.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

    2. When a WordPress.com blog is deleted it-s gone forever.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

    3. URLs are not recycled and reused at WordPress.com.

Blogs can be deleted but not accounts

    rewestern.wordpress.com is no longer available.

The authors have deleted this blog.

You can’t – gone is gone forever and WordPress.COM does not recycle names, You need to choose a bit different name or buy a custom domain and map it.

kalanadampiya.wordpress.com Has been inactive since 2007 – if it is your blog you just need to log in.

The email address you register a username account with is your unique identifier. You need to use this > change your password

I’m sorry but I have no solution for you other than contacting Staff directly in a support ticket and providing the now defunct email address to them. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
