Deleting account

  Hi,

  I have been charged 18 dollars in September for my old WordPress account that I never use I don’t want to be paying for this and I paid this the first time for one year not as a running fee that would be charged again.

  I would like this 18 dollars refunded to my paypal and I would like you to delete my accounts as I’ve been trying to do so but it won’t let me, and theres nowhere where I can find how to stop being charged for this domain.

  Hello there!

  It appears as if you have domain Auto Renew set up on that site, but I’m happy to turn off that feature.

  Just a warning: If I cancel your domain and refund your $18, it is possible that you lose your domain, kdesignsthlm.com.

  After domain cancellation, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

  However, if you don’t want this domain at all, let me know. I will cancel it asap for a refund! Just wanted you to have all the information, in case you wanted to use that domain elsewhere.
