Deleting account when you don't have access to the password (administrator died)

I’ve joined a nonprofit organization that gives financial assistance to the needy. It’s called South Austin Assistance Ministry. They have an old website through wordpress.com (https://saamonline.wordpress.com/) that they want to delete because the person who was updating it has passed away. No one knows the login information. I have created a new website for them, but we need to delete the old one. How could I go about taking that website down?
