Deleting accounts

I would like to delete all accounts and start over. I feel I have too many accounts all over the place, and I am not sure where to go from here to begin building my website.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you delete any .wordpress.com sites, you will not be able to use those domains ever again. Once deleted they are gone forever. Please read this information prior to making any permanent decisions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
To try and consolidate your information across WordPress.com, you can transfer all of your domains from each account under the 1 account that you wish to keep. Here’s how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
