deleting all content of an existing site (not published yet)
-
Goodafternoon,
I’ve just watched the webinar Getting Started: Website Building 101, very helpful, I should have done that before building a new website…
Some weeks ago I created a new website on wordpress.com. I’ve made some changes to a.o. the homepage and it’s not working anymore as it should be.
I’d like to keep the name of the website, but want to delete all content and start with a ‘fresh’ domain. From the webinar I understood that I could contact you to ask to delete all content, is that correct?
It concerns: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/rafelrandenvaneuropa.wordpress.com
Thanks already!

Hi Irene,
Am a volunteer here, hope I can be useful to you :)
To keep the domain and start from fresh website, you have to empty the content as described in this article:https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/.
But if you have an annual WordPress.com Premium, Business, or eCommerce plan, you have access to priority Live Chat support at no extra cost.
From the webinar I understood that I could contact you to ask to delete all content, is that correct?
Dear staff, is that possible to do for @blinireizen?

Hi there,
Yes, we can empty rafelrandenvaneuropa.wordpress.com from all the content, but we’d need confirmation first since the process is irreversible.
Emptying your site will remove all posts, pages, categories, tags, comments, media files, etc.
Irene, please confirm if that’s what you would like us to do. -
