Deleting an account

I’m trying to delete this account as I have opened another with a different email address . I have tried to sign in to my new account on this device but it is preventing me. My new account is [redacted] Please advise

Hi @ yekrub, which device and which app are you using? You may try clearing the application data for this app to see if that helps.
