Deleting an account & changing username, but I already registered the new one?

I created a new blog and want to delete everything about the old one and switch to the new user name, but it’s already taken (because I’ve already taken it) when I go to change my user name.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Once you’ve created a new blog address, it isn’t possible to change another blog to that address. If you want to use that new address for your blog, you can export your blog content from the old blog to the new blog.
