Deleting an acount

  Hello,

  I created a new blog last night, but I want to delete and it and start again with a new e-mail address that isn’t associated with my own. This new blog will be run by multiple people and I want to keep it separate from my personal blog. (I should have thought of this last night before I created it). If I delete it, and start over will I be able to use the name I picked out or will I have to start over with a completely new name? Or, is there a way for me to just change the login settings for that one particular blog? Thanks.

  Hi –

  Once you create the new account you can transfer ownership of the blog to that new account with these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  DO NOT delete the blog. That is permanent and we aren’t able to restore it.
