deleting an email address that was created when opening a wordpress account

I created an account and email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) on your wordpress website some years ago but never really used it, until now. I’ve since created a more desireable email address and would like to replace the former with (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is this possible without deleting the account entirely?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You can create one gravatar for every username account that applies to all blogs registered under the same username account and email address.

Thank you for your response. I clicked on the link you provided me, however when I select Primary Site I see four wordpress.com options, and two of them I’d like to delete permanently. These are:
(email visible only to moderators and staff) and
francesjamesdotcom.wordpress.comIt is not clear to me how to go about deleting these. Could you please give me a more details on how to do this? Many thanks.

One of the sites you mentioned deleting is an email address. Which sites would you like to delete?
