Deleting an old blog without proof of ownership

Hello! I have a very old blog with personal photos and information that i desperately need to take down or make it private! I have no proof of ownership since my email address is no longer available. I tried with the account recovery but since i have no proof and i cannot access my email address, it seems to be impossible. Please help!

What is the site in question? We cannot delete a site belonging to another account under any circumstances, and I cannot tell you if there are any other available options without knowing the address of the site.

I have my instagram account linked to it, i can prove with my ID that it is me in the photos. Please at least, make it private! The email linked to that blog is (email visible only to moderators and staff) that i have no longer access to it. -
