You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and delete the blog. As the email address registered with does not exist you now have to recover the account before you can delete it.

Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
    follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Your last resort for obtaining access is to complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery with as much information as possible and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

After you(1) recover the account and (2) delete the blog know that deleting blog URLs and/or blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. We cannot help with that. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results you can use this link: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

This account was set up so many years ago and under an old email account so I cannot retrieve a new password. I just went through some contact form to get some help, but I don’t have any of the original information that would have been sent to an old email I no-longer have. It is registered under my name, and the only proof I can offer to that is the fact that its my name, my old business and etc…. This is just beyond frustrating and I really hope that someone contacts me through that form I submitted. My whole wordpress experience has not been fun :(

If you submitted an account recovery form to Staff be aware that there is a backlog and they will respond as soon as they can do so.

That’s the form that I submitted. Thanks for your help thus far I really appreciate it. I would hope that with as large as WP is, that their customer service would be better and things would be addressed expeditiously but, as I have learned and you pointed out, this just isn’t the case.

Every day I volunteer here I witness people who assume that there are legions of Staff waiting to drop everything else and rush on over to help them help them but that’s not possible. There are ten of thousands of us bloggers. There are only 225 Staff and without doubt they work very hard. In fact I have been here for over 8 years and I predate every one of the support staff being on staff but one.

What’s required now is your patience as Staff work through all support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

How long it takes to clear support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

Whatever you do don’t submit another account recovery form because doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.
