deleting an old URL without deleting all the new info for the new URL
-
I wanted to change my blog address and I did the steps properly. I decided not to permanently remove/delete the old address in the final step. I now am using my new address and its working well. I will no longer ever need the old address and I have changed my mind and would like to permanently delete it. No where on here does it talk about deleting an old blog at a later time. I logged back into my very first account and there is nothing in it. Everything has been transferred over to my new blog url and that is a good sign. I looked down in the tools where it says “delete site” and I am wondering if that is what I need to do? I am worried that if I delete site, it will delete EVERYTHING including the new blog URL. I have kept the same login name for both. Please help.
Summary:
1. I want to completely delete and remove my old first original, non used, blog URL site without deleting any of my data and files from my new blog URL site.2. I would like to get my image to replace the W up in the upper left hand corner for my NEW blog URL site just like it used to be for my old blog URL site.
Thanks for the help.
Also, up in the top left corner my image used to appear. It also appeared over in my bookmarks. Now that I have created the new blog url name it is just the default W on my site as well as in my bookmarks. My Gavater works fine over on the upper right hand side of the screen. How can I fix the upper left side of the screen? This image only seems to appear for my original first blog url.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
