Deleting an old wordpress account with exposed Personal Identifiable Information
-
Hi! This is an old account that I made using an old email that I no longer have access to. I would like to request for it’s access or deletion due to the fact that my Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is available public on the internet in one of the post of the website. One of the post contains my full legal name and under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) it is within my rights to have it deleted. Thank you in advance.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
Please refer to our support guide for all the available options if proof of ownership cannot be established: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-established
However, as there’s personal information on your blog, I’ve gone ahead and set it to private so that search engines and users can’t access it. This is the most we can do without proof of ownership.
Hope this helps!
