deleting an outlook follower who is not showing up in the list of email contacts

  I have had a surge of outlook followers sign up on two of my blogs. Until now, they’ve appeared in the email list of followers and I’ve been able to delete them. The latest one to sign up does not appear in the email list. How do I delete this person?
