Deleting an uploaded picture/permalink

  Hi there- I’ve had a bit of a balls up! I urgently need to get rid off this link

  

  from my site. I’ve removed it from my blog and the picture from my media library, but the offending link still works- how can I get it to read ‘404’ rather than come up as the picture/ change the offending language in the permalink? I can’t seem to get to the picture anywhere in my dashboard to remove it/ change it.

  Can anybody help?
