Deleting blog

  After deleting website and blog if I want to start again the future with a brand new webiste can I use my same email Adress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. You can have numerous domains registered under your user account.

  Register domains here:
  https://wordpress.com/start/domains

  If you delete your blog though, you will loose ownership of that domain, and will not be able to use that specific domain again. Please read this carefully: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
