Deleting Blog

I need to delete my blog since I no longer need it. However, every I go to the ‘Delete Your Site’ page it tells me that I have
‘Premium Upgrades
You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’When I go to that site it tells me that there are NO ACTIVE purchases.
So in theory I should be able to delete my site since there are no upgrades, but every time it sends me in the same loop.In order to get my new site up I NEED to delete this current one.

The site, http://natanyaelmusic.wordpress.com/, is owned by the username carynmirriamgoldberg, and that username also owns a domain mapping upgrade for the site. If that username also belongs to you, you need to log in as that username to both cancel the upgrade and to delete the site, as only site owners can perform those actions.
If that username belongs to someone else you’ll need to contact that person about deleting the site.

The problem now is that the other admin (Individual Poet) is still an admin. As long as she is an admin the upgrades on her websites apply to mine and I cannot delete my website.
Could you please remove her from my administrators page? I need to delete my website as soon as possible!
