deleting blog

    hi i am trying to delete my blog on wordpress named ‘neauxsbeautyguide.wordpress.com’ but it is asking me to manage purchases but there is no way i can because it just shows my one time purchase an thats it . I believe it also prohibits me from working on my new domain ‘ noreenyolanda.com’ because everytime i am customizing my site it will have seemed to log me out and i can’t continue to customize it . it just shows me the dashboard and that is all . please help i do not need the old blog nor do i prefer to privatize it .
