deleting blog

This account used to have about 40 blogs associated with it. I went through each one and deleted them (by following the instructions to delete, including clicking on the link in the emailed confirmation prompt). However, I do not get the email confirmation for the last blog. Is it because I HAVE to have at least one blog associated with the account? Ideally, I’d delete all the wordpress.com blogs associated with this account.
