Hi I would like to transfer the domain – http://www.indialawforindiastartups.wordpress.com to some one else. Please let me know how to do this without availing the import/export option. Thanks

Does someone else have a wordpress.COM hosted site?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You cannot remove the actual owner of the site.
