deleting blog

  I cannot, for the life of me, navigate wordpress free blog. I have had a wordpress blog before and it was nothing like this. I hate that I can’t start a new blog but I am not a web developer … I need basic and simple. Unless someone can steer me to some easy ‘how to’s’ then I will just delete and move onto a different blog site. I’m not computer illiterate but this is not user friendly for me. Any suggestions before I delete?
