Deleting blog

I cant access one of my blogs on my page. I think it’s cause it is on another server or something. How do I delete this blog if i cant access the dashboard and no longer have access to the site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

As I indicate above you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to delete the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
