Deleting blog

  I want to delete this blog because I don’t have time to do anything with it and I want to delete this blog. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We recommend changing the visibility to “private” as you may want to use it again someday. When a free hosted WordPress.com blog is deleted — it’s gone forever and the URL cannot be recycled and reused.

  Dashboard >> Tools >> Delete

  BUT once you delete a blog that name is gone forever even from you – it costs you nothing to just leave the blog site waiting for you to use it again in the future – or you can set the blog to Private and the nobody can see it unless you invite them in – we usually advise people not to delete a blog as it is gone forever – just setting a site site does no harm and who knows – maybe next year you will want to use the blog for something else

  I got another question: A while ago I founded my blog cupkacesmeetcouture, but in the meantime I changed my blogname. Nevertheless, my old blog still exists and I am unable to delete it. What shall I do now??

  Give us the exact URL of the blog you want to delete.

  It was cupcakesmeetcouture.wordpress.com, but I already got it.. Now wordpress says:, “the blog is no longer available” – so I think this means, wordpress deleted my blog, doesn’t it?

  The authors have deleted this blog.

  You deleted the blog – the name is now gone forever, even from you.
