Deleting blog!!

  Please let me delete this blog! I am not receiving the email that is supposed to be sent to confirm deletion. I’ve had this since 2007 its time to move on and its been a week of pointless attempts to shut it down.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  P.S. Check in your email client spam filter of the username account that registered the blog, and if you use gmail then check under the social tab.

  I have consistently checked my junk folder over the last week. I tried using Firefox instead of Safari, I’ve deleted all page. Posted a redirect message to my new site — Its just beyond frustrating.

  Sorry about that! This should be all fixed up now. Can you try deleting the site one more time following the steps here?

  Delete a Website

  You should now receive the confirmation email to the correct address. If you don’t, please let me know!

  CAUTION – if you delete the site – it will stay in the search results for some time and visitors to your old site will run into a “site deleted” with no indication of where you have moved to –

  since you seem to have cleared content and have a “we have moved” message – much better to have a way to send visitors to your new site

  Thank you very much. Its been a great 8 years on WordPress, really.
  This old lady is trying to keep up with the kids and I’ve given in to Square Space. I may be back, who knows:)

  Oh well, crossed messages! what Karma. Its gone as is the moved on message. Still Wikipedia and my new site come up first in google, we shall see in the next weeks….
