Deleting blog — confirmation mail

I have tried to delete blog a multiple times. After each try it says on the web page ”Thank you. Please check your email for a link to confirm your action. Your site will not be deleted until this link is clicked.” I haven’t got any confirmation email. Yes, I have checked through all my mail, including the junkbox.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you sure the email you have on your WordPress.com account is the email you are monitoring for confirmation email?
Please check the Troubleshooting section of the Delete Site support guide and see if anything there helps your situation..

I have taken all the required steps multiple times and tried every trick troubleshooting sections provides. I still don’t get a confirmation email. Is there someone working at WordPress I can contact to ask him/her manually to delete the blog? Any other ideas?

@margeng – Can you navigate to the page here and “update” the email address on your account?

You do not have to change the email address. Just type in the same address and click “Save”. There’s an email mismatch on your account that is preventing you from receiving the deletion email.

I have updated the email address but I still haven’t got the confirmation mail. Any other ideas?
