deleting blog or changing user

  Hi i just would love to delete this blog. and i can not find any tool and delete blog , can you please help me with this.

  Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog and is the Admin of the blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
