You have two options.
option 1
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog, you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit
Here’s how to permanently delete Trash >

http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#deleting-permanentlyIMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en
option 2
If you have lots of content and are willing to wait, Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar for Staff attention and post again to this thread to:
(1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
(2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible. -
Only sites/blogs can be deleted — the system doesn’t allow deletions of accounts.
To delete your site, go to its dashboard and select Tools – Delete site. Make sure you really want to delete it, as there is no way whatsoever to retrieve it back, should you ever change your mind. Gone is gone!
For accounts: I would suggest you just remove all profile information from your account, including email address (enter a bogus one) and log out. Leave the account dormant and never log back in.

Eh. See @Timethief’s response (hi TT!), which is more about deleting the content from the site — my response was to delete the entire site (content, address, everything).
