Deleting blogs without email access?

I want to delete my wordpress blogs, but the email address that I used to set up my account two years ago is no longer active/in use, so I cannot access the confirmation email link to delete my blogs.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please email me back at (email visible only to moderators and staff) for answers–email.wsu.edu is not active, and I cannot access it anymore.

There is only one means of account recovery so please read on.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools and delete the blog.

If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
After you recover the blog(s) you will be able to delete them or make their visibility private. To delete a WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
