Deleting categories

  Hi!
  I accidentally added a few too many categories, and now I can’t delete them. I can’t find where to delete them under ‘posts’ too.
  I’ve tried googling, and the page keeps crashing now. So lost! Help!

  This does confuse new users of WordPress.com. It’s easy to add categories in the dashboard but not so easy to delete them. To delete categories you need to access the wp-admin area which you can find here:- https://minavonvixen.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  Just click on “Posts” “Categories”, oh and perhaps it would be a good idea to bookmark that link in your browser. You won’t see it in your menu but no doubt you’ll find it useful in the future.
