Deleting Category

    How do I delete or edit a category? I made a spelling mistake and need to change it. I have googled and seen that I have the newer version which doesn’t give the same easy options as the older version.

    You can edit or delete a category from your WP Admin screen. To reach that, add “/wp-admin/” to the end of your blog url. For example: thebookzone.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    From the sidebar, select Posts > Categories. On the right side, you’ll see a list of all the categories on your site. Hold your mouse over the one you want to rename or delete and that will bring up options to Edit, Quick Edit, Delete, and View. Select the appropriate option.
