  We have closed our blog and want to ensure that there will be no further charges.

  There are no recurring charges listed on this account.

  In order to fully deactivate this user account you’ll need our help with removing Premium Theme: Linen. Let me know if this is what you are trying to do. Otherwise, the theme can stay put because it is a one time purchase and not an upgrade that is renewed.
