Deleting clone blog
-
Hi. I seem to have two versions of my WordPress blog which identical. How do I delete one version rather than turn it off in the tablet Edit function. Thanks, Alf
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Don’t delete anything! I will flag this for staff to fix up. If you delete anything, you run the risk of losing the blog altogether.

I see only one site at alfcrossman.wordpress.com. Did you have a duplicate site at that address that you deleted?
-
Hi. I’ve not deleted anything. On my iPad and iPhone if I go into ‘Me’ there are two Alf Crossman sites. If I tap Edit I can turn one or both off.

I’m sorry, but I don’t see a duplicate blog anywhere, or evidence that there was one in the past (we did have an issue with some duplicates being created, though I believe that was fixed prior to when you created your blog). Do the links for both sites go to the same blog with the same content, or are they different?

It sounds like there’s a display issue on your mobile devices then. Can you take a screenshot and post it to your media library? Also please let me know what version of the mobile app you’re using or if you’re seeing it in a mobile browser.

Thanks, I can see the image. Is that the most recent version of the WordPress app for the iPhone?

Thanks for the information. It turns out that this is a known issue that we believe has been resolved. Could you please try logging out of your WordPress app and then logging back in to see if that fixes things for you, and if not, please let me know.

Thanks. That didn’t work. But I then deleted the App and reinstalled it and that appears to have done the trick. Thanks for your help. Alf
