Deleting Comment
-
I need to delete a comment from an account that I do not have access to anymore because it has my personal information posted.
I am unable to get human support as I don’t have a paid account and I am so stressed and uncomfortable, what can I do?

Hello @valiantzombiee7939e427e,
That sounds like a really uncomfortable situation, and I can see why you’d want to get this resolved. Could you please share the link to the site where the comment currently exists? That’ll help me check what options are available.
If the comment is on a site you don’t own, you can reach out directly to the site owner and ask them to delete it. We don’t delete anything on a user’s behalf, only the site owner has the ability to remove comments from their site.
Otherwise, if you remember the email address associated with the account you can reset the password and regain access by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/passwords/#reset-a-lost-password
If you don’t remember the email address then you can fill out this Account Recovery form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Once you submit the form, our team will contact you with a response or request for additional information. After we verify that you’re the account owner, we’ll help you reset your password and regain access to your WordPress.com account.
Let me know the site link where the comment is located so I can guide you further!
