  I have thousands of comments. How can I delete them. Can I delete them in bulk?

  The instructions from this guide are referring to the WP Admin dashboard. You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin)

  You failed to provide the URL of the site referred to.

  This is wordpress.COM support. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   What is the URL starting with http:// of the site in question? You can confirm where it is hosted by typing the URL in here http://www.whoishostingthis.com/
