deleting comments

  I imported may blog from Blogger, with comments. But then I deleted all my posts, but I can’t delete the comments imported. How can I do it! Helpe me please….

  dashboard—>comments—>check “author” at the top—>bulk actions dropdown: move to trash—>empty trash

  Ok! I do that in several browsers Safari and Firefox, but the comments don’t go to the trash. They stay there and I can’t open them either……

  If the comment you mark as Trash the way Tess has described above are not being moved into Trash then you will have to contact Staff when they reactivate the support link here. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
