  I would keep my site and URL active, but get a fresh start on my content creation. I am trying to contact customer support to have my current content cleared out.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey janinelavoie,

  You can delete your posts, pages, and media files to clear everything. Please refer to this support document and read the interlinked posts.

  Empty Your Site to Start Fresh

  You shouldn’t delete the website because once you do it, you can never be able to use your URL again.
  So it’s better to empty everything.

  Hello,

  The interlinked posts are for an old version of the wordpress websites. There are no longer bulk options available for the current interface.

  The support team’s advice is to reach out to them and have them do it for you, using this thread.

  Not sure what to do next.

  As stated in the support document, the bulk action can be taken if you access your website using the classic WordPress dashboard.

  Just add /wp-admin at the end of your website URL.

  janinelavoie.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  It will help you follow the instructions given to delete your pages, posts, tags, categories, and media.
