  Want to delete content but keep address
  FAQ said friendly tech would help.
  All I see are boxes to fill in …?

  Your site is empty except for having a title and tagline. You can change both of those yourself:
  dashboard—>settings—>general—>site title: type in what you like—>tagline: type in what you want—>save changes.

  Is there other content, media links or something else not viewable on your public site?

  Hello, no it’s mradclyffe3, and currently all content is in the Trash.
