deleting contents for a new site

I was told on a forum that if I wanted the contents of my site deleted, I could contact the support team. I want start fresh with the same domain name and change the purpose of the site. I deleted the posts, but I’m having trouble wiping it clean. The site was originally a web comic, so I also installed comic press. Is there something I can do on Fillzilla to fix that too?
(Also, I can’t get my wordpress account to recognize my already made site as MY site. Is there a way to fix that?)
My domain is WingzArt.com Any help I can get would be amazing. Thank You.

We bloggers cannot install plugins into WordPress.COM blogs so you are posting to the wrong support forums.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
