deleting current pages

  I tried to change my theme and something happened that left the original page up as well a new page with the new theme. The new one does not seem to be accessible to my students, but a new post is put on it everyday through admin. What my students see if they go to mrsbotto.wordpress is the old post orgin
  ated Oct 7. I cannot seem to remedy this problem. I only want one posting page. Please advise.
